Notice on Allowing Entry to China of APEC Business Travel Card Holders and Study Residence Permit Holders

To facilitate international personnel exchanges, and ensure the order of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, starting from 00:00 on August 24, 2022 (Beijing time), China will provide convenience for foreigners travelling to China as follows.
1. Foreigners holding valid APEC business travel cards （Virtual ABTC excepted）are allowed to enter China with the associated passport, with no need for applying for new visas.
2.Foreign students holding valid Chinese study residence permits are allowed to enter China with no need for applying for new visas.
