In order to further facilitate the exchange of business personnel in the Asia-Pacific region, China has decided to accept virtual APEC business travel card holders to enter the country from May 1, 2023.

As a transitional arrangement, if the virtual cardholders need to apply for visa to China before May 1, 2023, the Chinese Embassy will provide convenience.
