To facilitate personnel exchanges, starting from 15 March 2023, the policies of visa issuance and entry to China are adjusted as follows:

1. Foreigners with valid visas issued before 28 March 2020 are allowed to enter China.

2. The Chinese Embassy and Consulate General in Vietnam resume issue all categories of Chinese visas. For more details, please refer to "Application for visa for China" on the official website of the Embassy in Vietnam or relevant Visa Application instructions on the website of the China Visa Application Service Center.

3. Port visa authorities resume issue all categories of port visa complied with statutory reasons.

4. Resuming Hainan visa-free policy, visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-group-tour through Shanghai Port, Guangdong visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries.
